The program is called Swoosh AI. When you give us your phone number on one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, you agree to get texts from us about your inquiry.

• What we send. A follow-up about your inquiry with a link to book a free intro call, and replies to the messages you send us about Swoosh.
• How often. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 3 messages per inquiry.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to stop getting texts. UNSUBSCRIBE and CANCEL work too. We'll send one message confirming you're opted out, then nothing more.
• Help. Reply HELP, or email hello@swoosh-ai.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your phone number and other information.

• You must be at least 18 and using Swoosh for a business.
• Keep your account and connected accounts secure. You're responsible for activity under them.
• Don't use Swoosh to break the law, send spam, or access accounts or data you aren't allowed to.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the service for you.

Swoosh drafts quotes, invoices, client updates and other messages, and waits for your approval before sending them. You're responsible for checking what you approve. Swoosh can get things wrong.

Current prices are on our pricing page. If we change them, we'll tell you before the change applies to you.

We provide the site and service as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Swoosh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Swoosh at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect.
