Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Swoosh collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to swoosh-ai.com, to the Swoosh service, and to forms you submit through our ads, including lead forms on Facebook and Instagram.
Swoosh is operated by Alon Valadji, Ramat Gan, Israel. Questions about this policy go to hello@swoosh-ai.com.
Information you give us
- Contact details. Name, email address, phone number and company name, when you fill out a form on our site or a lead form in one of our ads.
- Business details. Answers you give about your business, such as crew size, the kind of work you do, how many jobs you run at once, and the tools you use today.
- Messages. Anything you send us by email, text or chat.
Information from the Swoosh service
If you use Swoosh, you choose which accounts to connect, such as iMessage, WhatsApp, email, a calendar or accounting software. Swoosh then processes the messages, events and records it needs to do the admin work you ask it to do, such as tracking deadlines, suppliers, inspections and client updates. We process this content only to provide the service to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to serve ads.
If you connect a Google account, our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the ad or link that brought you there. We may use cookies and similar tools from advertising partners, including Meta, to measure whether our ads work and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. You can turn this off with the “Do not sell or share my info” link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as the same request and don’t load Meta’s tools at all.
How we use information
- To contact you about Swoosh after you ask us to, including by phone, email or text.
- To provide, run and improve the service.
- To decide whether Swoosh is a fit for your business.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that host, store or process data for us, under contracts that limit how they may use it.
- With advertising platforms such as Meta, to measure ad results. Where we send contact details for this purpose, we send them in hashed form.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Swoosh, our users or others.
- As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number on one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, we use it to text you about your inquiry. That means a follow-up with a link to book a free intro call, and replies to anything you text us about Swoosh. Reply STOP at any time to stop getting texts, or HELP for help. Our SMS terms have the details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep information
We keep lead information for as long as it is useful for following up with you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer. We keep customer data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correction and deletion. Email hello@swoosh-ai.com and we will respond within 30 days.
- Marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link, and out of texts by replying STOP.
- Ads. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
- State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, including Texas, California and other US states, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we hold about you and to opt out of targeted advertising. To use them, email us. We will not treat you differently for doing so.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and limited access by staff. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Swoosh is a business service. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
International transfers
We may process information in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States and Israel. Where we do, we protect it as described in this policy.
