Is the first job really free?

Yes. Run your first job with everything switched on, for as long as it's your only job. No credit card to start & no trial clock.

What counts as an active job?

A job Swoosh did real work on that month: a quote sent, a sub chased, a client updated. A job on hold doesn’t count & a job you finish drops off the next month.

What if Swoosh does nothing for a job?

Then that job costs nothing that month. You pay for the work it did, not for having it switched on.

Why not per user?

Because your crew never signs in. Put your whole office on it & the number doesn’t move. Your subs & clients were never users to begin with.

Can I put it on the job?

Most owners do. It’s a per-job cost with a per-job invoice, so it goes into general conditions the same way a dumpster does.

What if I go over?

Nothing stops & nothing gets billed mid-month. Your bill follows the jobs you ran that month.
